5G home broadband very slow

Hi

im getting very slow internet, maximum 15Mbps download speed.

Nowere near 100Mbps.

Modem receives strong signal. full (4) bars
Day or night, peak or off peak makes no difference.
The upload is (only just) faster than download.

If there is a solution, Thanks in advance.

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Have you checked if your service is affected by an outage? If not, check it here.

 

Was this a newly installed service or it's been working before?

Not affected by outage,

This is newly installed service,

Never worked any better from day 1.

As troubleshooting goes i tried the modem in different places, tried reseting, tried ethernet cable directly,

tried so many different devices, mobile phones, laptops, xbox, tried forcing it to 4G with same results,

tried different DNS servers, hotspots i.e. different Access Point, thethering...
