5G slow

Having issues with my new 5g home internet. I believe it is the Sagecom modem. Had a few complete dropouts requiring resetting the modem and have been experiencing slow speeds which is sometimes temporarily fixed by resetting the router. Pretty frustrating, seems others are having similar complaints about the same modem.
