Hi I recently upgraded to 5g home broadband. I live in a 2 storey home. When using the internet on the level where the router is placed, the internet is pretty good. However when using the internet on the other level it lags or becomes unstable and even does not connect at all even though the router is in the open and close to a window as suggested. How can this be rectified?
