5g Modem faulty

So frustrating
Currently on hold for over an hour !

5g home wireless modem not working
Power light on
Then all lights flash 6 times
Lights go off

And repeats

No wifi signal
No internet

PLEASE HELP

Are you still not able to reach our support team?

Have you tried to factory reset the modem/router by pressing the button inside a pinhole?
