Hi there
I was back on 5g home broadband and I reiceved the 5g modem today but I can't use 5g internet yet. My account might not be activated, Can you please activate my account?

You should receive an email confirming that the service is active. 

 

Let us have your customer ID or account via PM so we can check the status of your 5G service.
