ADSL 2+ Installation

I’ve signed up for the AdSL on the 23rd of September and I’ve just received an email that Telstra will come and do the installation on the 13th of October. Thats nearly 3 weeks after the sign up. Why is it taking so long. In other comments someone has mentioned that it normally takes 10 working days not 15th. And the 13th is Sunday.

Hi @Vargovci, it normally takes 10-20 working days for this type of service to be installed.

We work with our suppliers to provide this particular service, which means we are reliant on their scheduling. The initial date provided is the earliest date available provided to us by our wholesale partner Telstra.
