Thanks for raising this to us. We've seen that this issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team. Based on the initial assessment. We have identified that the issue is with the network controlled by the NBN co. This unfortunately means only NBN co. technicians have the authority to fix this fault.
The latest update shows that we booked a NBN Technician to check your service on Monday, September, 30 2019, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Your attendance is needed. Let us know should you require further assistance.
