Account usage not updated

Hi

I'm a tpg NBN user in QLD. My account has 100G per month ie 50G peak & 50G off peak. So I need to constantly monitor my peak usage to ensure I don't exceed it & there'll be enough for the rest of the month.

So I log in every day to the "Account Usage (New and Improved)" page to get the current usage figure.

Unfortunately sometimes the figure doesn't change for several days.

Example on 26/9/19 it showed about 4.2 G used.

Then every day since it shows the same figure even though I am using the service every day e.g watching YouTube videos.

Today it shows the same figure when I looked in the morning but now it shows 5.1G.

So from 26/9 to 29/9 I used less than 1G?

Strange.

Every month this happens & I have no idea how much data I've used.

Can somebody please make sure the data usage is updated correctly?
