We were able to locate your account using the ticket number that you've provided and reviewed the notes.
There's an evident network fault that caused the issue and our Engineers have raised this with Telstra.
Telstra technician will check your service and resolve this issue on or before the 4th of February.
Further updates will be given by your assigned Engineer once available.
