ADSL disconnect

Hi, I have the same issue with the post on the website below, which is showing ‘pending disconnect’ on, and ADSL light doing nothing on router. Tried changing a wall socket, no phone plugging into the ADSL filter and pretty sure there’s no noise. So can you please check the service?

We are aware that you were able to speak with our Tech team yesterday and the case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation.


A Telstra technician was requested to check the service from between the 12th of July and 17 of July. You are not required to be at home.


Our Engineering team will be in touch once an update is available.
