ADSL - frequent disconnections - I have tried troubleshooting steps

Hi guys

 

My TPG ID is 2646581

 

I am getting frequent disconnections over the last four days on ADSL. Sometimes the disconnections occur every one or two minutes.

 

I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps at www.tpg.com.au/support/problems_connect_internet_standalone but none of them have fixed the problem

 

When the internet is connected the speed is good.

 

I am using a netgear DGN2200v4 router originally supplied by TPG and I have updated the firmware. This did not fix the problem.

 

Could you please have a look at this issue and let me know why my internet keeps dropping out

I can see your modem is dropping out massively in our systems.

I have created a fault ticket for our engineers to look into this further and they will contact you within 24-48hrs.

 

I have PM'd you your reference number.
