ADSL internet out

I live in Woolloongabba at unit 2 number 25 Reis ST and our internet has been out for almost 24 hours.

We have checked our modem multiple times, but it does not appear to be an issue on our end. Will this be fixed soon?
We work from home and internet outages are a serious issue for us.
