i been dealing with this issue for last 1 month about internet speed latency and high ping ..
i m with tpg nbn 100 i call so may times send them email but still they not reslove the problem..
i got some of my friends they with tpg before and they told me about they not gonna reslove the problem ..
is there anyone having same issue ..

May I know how many device are you using and is it wired or wireless?
Could you pls also run 3x speed test from http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/ and paste the result so I can check find out the issue.
