Very slow speed internet and connection

Hi I got nbn box today and the internet speed very slow and connection is very bad please help asp

Welcome to Community,

From our system , we can see your service is up for more than 1 week and has good sync speed. If you are using wifi, pls try both 2.4 and 5 ghz bandwidth.

You can check from out My tpg apps as well regarding you speed , billing and other issues.
