ADSL no connection in the inner west

My internet connection over the last week as been getting worse.  Today there is no internet connection.   Reboot the modem a few times, same issue

Internet switch on at 5pm.

Very slow. This is not a DNS issue. How much bandwidth does TPG have on my local exchange? No response expect for the standard try this
