My NBN internet keeps disconnected since 30 March. However, TPG just kept arranging NBN technicians to check my home internet but they could not fix it. Two technicians have come to check and next Monday the third NBN technician will to my place agian. I am now losing my patience. I am a tpg customer for over 5 years and my mobile plan is also TPG's. I am really angry, if you do not fix my internet by next week i will cancel all my plans under TPG.
I am in the same boat. Don't know what to do but seriously considering just paying the exit fee at this point. It's getting a bit ridiculous and unbearable. Might just make a TIO complaint and see where I go.
