For some reason I have maxed my 100MB download this month, with 8 days left unitl the next cycle.
My internet speed is therefore throttled.
(I do not wish to upgrade to a higher plan, as this one off will never occur again, as I usually use half allowance.)
What can I do meanwhile to remove throttle? I'd like to perhaps start a new month cycle early if possible.
