ADSL slow speed issue

Since the power cut to the neighborhood was restored on 10/2/2020 the Adsl speed has been extremely slow. I have attached snapshot of the latest speed test carried out roughly at 5am on 12/2/2020.

Hi @mkang028, we can see that your concern has been escalated to our Engineering Team and they have lodged this to Telstra who has committed to send a technician anytime between now and 23/Feb/2020.

 

The team is closely monitoring this and the case engineer will be in touch via SMS or phone call for any additional update.
