My ADSL went off on 15.4.2020 and it came out to be short circuit problem on Telstra side. I was given a ticket number 10424215. Today I got a message that outage has been cleared. I tested my connection but still no ADSL signal on modem and hence no Internet. Kindly have a look into it.
Im not sure why you recieved an sms saying the fault is resolved.
The fault ticket is still active and awaiting assignment to telstra.
