ADSL2+ Speed problems within the last week

Hi, 

Our internet has been experiencing very high ping ranging from 200-800 and averaging half the internet speed hovering at 3-5 mbps when I usually get 9-10.

This has been occurring for a bout a week now.

I've been using my desktop which is connected via cable.

I've also tested the speed through wifi on my phone. 

Notice the chart, it rises from 0.1mbps till 6mbps over the course of the speedtest.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run some remote test.

We've refreshed your connection and can see that the modem is getting a good sync speed with 15.95 Mbps Downstream and 1.02 Mbps Upstream.

Please check your service and run some more test. We'll observe it on our end as well.
