ADSL2+ can't connect to internet.

Hi,

TPG adsl2+ was installed in my house this week. After I configured my modem with PPPoE and my user name / password, there was no internet available.

From my modem status page, modem has got my correct static IP address, and DNS server address. But it can only keep for several seconds. Then connection dropped and no ip address.

Could anyone help to check this problem?
