ADSL2+ slow speed and constant dropped out

Hi,

 

My internet constant dropped out from last Saturday, and when it's re-connected, the speed is very slow, almost feels like when you used all your monthly data (except I'm using your unlimited plan)

I can't even do a speed test on your website. The modem is Belkin N150.

Hope you can fix this.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run some remote test. We were able to detect a possible fault on the line, but can't verify if it's external or internal wiring.
