About my nbn connection

My nbn is not working i have 70$ plan and compay promise me to give me more than 25mbps speed and i got only 1.5 to 3 mbps and still i am paying for that and today i hot a call from tpg she told me she transfer my call to technical support but after few minutes network said where u call this number is not working it’s already corona time no work and we pay and we didn’t get speed and no response from the company seriously its shame for tpg who r not able to handle their customers plz reply me and if not able to fix my problems plz cancell my connection and refund me my money
