Account Cancellation

I’ve been in contact with your customer agents for the past few days via your chat support line which took me many hours to get someone to assist me and being passed over to three different agents just for a cancellation request of my account. Finally, I was advised by one of your Account Specialists to send an email to your cancellation team about this matter, which I politely done. Then, I received an automated email stating that I will receive a response within 1 working day after sending the request. It already passed the 1 working day period and I still didn’t receive any confirmation about my request of cancelling my account with you. So, can someone please confirm that this has been actioned upon? As I don’t want to spend again many hours waiting in vain to be answered by one of your agents who cannot provide any concrete information or details. Thank you.
