Hi,

I am just back to Australia. And my phone number/home broadband is not working.

When I tried to login in to my account on the website it shows it needs a verification through my phone massage. However, my phone number is blocked and cannot receive any messages.

Can you retry make payment through your side to both my broadband and phone account through the debit?

Or send me the verification code through email.
