Hi I have made my reconnection payment over a week ago and you guys said it would activated in the next 24/48 hours. It’s been over a week now with no response. I have sent several emails and tried calling a dozen times with no help but instead getting transferred across to your other teams with NO help what so ever to my issue. What is going on??????????
I would like a refund as I would like to change providers. This is ridiculous. Not happy
