Is there any way I can add my wife's name to my broadband account so that, when I'm travelling overseas for work, she can get issues resolved as they arise? I've recently had a situation where we have not had internet for more than 3 weeks and TPG would not accept my wife calling on my behalf to try and resolve the issue.
