Get online support
It seems TPG have disabled address filtering in their post office settings. All filters are not acessible. TPG help desk have advised they have been disabled which I find bizzare.
Still waiting on call back from support to rectify this but it seems this might be a system wide thing.
Not sue if it is part of the transition to TMC and is temporary or permanent but it needs to be fixed ASAP.
All filtering windows return the message "postoffice.tpg.com.au refused to connect" when hovering.
We've made sure that the mail filtering issue has been raised, and The Messaging Company will be in contact with more information once the migration starts.
