Adsl outage Macgregor qld

Hi
There appears to be an outage and of course your customer service is closed. Can anyone provide some information? I was literally streaming a video then all of a sudden the connection dropped. I've tried several devices and I'm very much not a noon, before anyone tells me to do silly things that won't make a difference.
