Hi,

I am on an old plan and only have acess to ADSL2+

Need advice on how to add some GB of download as I keep geting close to limit.

Currently on: ADSL Offnet 8M 200GB

Hi @sluggo,

We have also raised this concern to our Accounts Team along with your billing cycle refresh query.

 

As per checking, we have offered you a 300GB of Data for $79.99/month and you have mentioned to upgrade the plan as soon as the payment is posted.

 

As advised, the change of plan will take 3-5 working days and there will be changes on the billing cycle as well as the debit date once the upgrade has been processed.

 

Our Accounts Team will contact you tomorrow for further assistance.

Can you arrange the change of plan for me now as we are nearly out of data already for the month.
