im paying for nbn at least 50mps download and 20mps upload but im getting 6mps download and >1mps upload. I need help to fix this!!
Hi @vvannguyen28, let's check what has changed after the outage. You can send us a private message and we can take a closer look into this.
You may also try doing a reset on the modem and nbn box (if you have one) and see how it goes.
