I closed my NBN and Mobile accounts some time ago.
On the 28th of May, I received an invoice stating that my account was in credit.
The invoice notes that the value of the Credit would be transferred to my nominated bank account within 3 business days.
I don't believe this transfer has occurred. Can TPG please confirm when payment will be made?
