Hello, I closed my NBN and Mobile accounts some time ago. On the 28th of May, I received an invoice stating that my account was in credit. The invoice notes that the value of the Credit would be transferred to my nominated bank account within 3 business days. I don't believe this transfer has occurred. Can TPG please confirm when payment will be made?

Hello. I recently put through my cancellation request. I haven't received any email confirmation that it was/is being processed. On Friday 31st of March I received a phone call to discuss my cancellation - but told the operator to call back in 20 minutes as it wasn't a good time. I am yet to receive a follow-up call. How do I determine what the time frame is for disconnection? When will I get an email setting out the steps?

Hello, I'm in the same boat. We've found the volume of drop-outs has increased in the last few months. We generally have to restart out Modem, but sometimes the NBN box too. Are there any solutions to this?
