Archer VR1600v v2 latest firmware

ozdroggy
Level 2

I am having continuous Wi-Fi 5G dropouts and total loss with my LG 55K8000PTA even though my PC is continuously Wi-Fi connected. I suspect the TV but it could be the 80 plus metres of 30 year old copper connecting me to our FTTC in our 285 unit Retirement Village. We have an NBN backbone throughout the village installed in 2019. ISTR I actually connected to the NBN in October 2019. I am trying all alternatives to find the cause of the dropouts. Next step will be to connect the TV to the modem by ethernet cable. But first I want to confirm my modem firmware is up to date. Previous posts/answers would appear to say so.

Firmware Version:
0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 220518 Rel.32480n
Hardware Version:
Archer VR1600v v2.0 00000000

Is there anything later than 220518?

Hi, the modem/router is already running with the latest firmware available. We've created some community articles that you may include on your troubleshooting:
