Asus GT-BE98 not connecting to TPG Internet

Hi

I have purchased Asus GT-BE98 Wi-Fi 7 router
Have provided the Username and Password but it remains in disconnect status.
Call the TPG support, apply the correct settings with PPPoE but still not connecting.
Same thing was happened with my NETGEAR RAX200 3 weeks ago.
The only router provided by TPG is connecting.
Anyone know how to get Asus GT-BE98 can be setup and work with TPG NBN.

Hi @Sohail . On the TPG router that connects, check if VLAN ID is enabled.

If not, the Asus setup should be just PPPoE, username and password. Check against the TPG router.

If it is, you have to set VLAN in Asus config. You'll need to consult the manual, and maybe contact Asus support.

Are you connecting the NBN box on 1GE LAN5 port?
