Get online support
I had a technician come over and reconnected my internet. He asked to call to authenticate modem. I've received email to say that wifi is connected already. Do i need to speak to someone or do i need to do something? I have rebooted the modem but it's still not working. I've been on the phone for more than 1/2 hour
