Could I please get some assisitance in rectifying an authentification problem please?
I'm having trouble sending emails from my laptop. I can send emails Ok from my phone. The error message is:
535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. Users xxxxxxx banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse.
I've followed previous recommendations from help desk to change password and wait for reset a few times which worked for about 5 minutes and then I've been blocked again. I've been getting by with sending emails from my phone only in the meantime but would like to get this fixed on my laptop. I've run a virus scan to ensure there are no viruses and there weren't any. I would appreciate if you could help to fix the problem please. I've also sent an email to the postmaster on the 26th June 2022 as suggested in one of the help threads.

Thank you for your response.
I had seen that article before making contact with you and have followed the directions. I've only contacted you after exhausting all other avenues including emailing the postmaster directly. Unfortunately I haven't had a response to that email.
Can you please do anyhting else? What else can I do?

Let us chase this matter to our Postmaster, could you send us a PM with your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include the affected TPG E-mail address.
