Bad ping to SEA

Level 2

I'm getting about 250ms to SEA when I used to get 150ms is there a way to fix this?

Hi @kinhluu,

Welcome to the community!

We're sad to know that you're having latency issue. We'd love to help and get to the bottom of this. To better understand the situation. Please confirm the Game Server Location affected.

We'd like to set your expectation that connecting or Playing to a Game server not designated to your area will affect a high latency issue particularly if the Game Developer itself made a specific Server in every location such as SEA / NA Servers etc. If you're having latency issue while playing/connected to the Australian Server please post a screen shot of the latency issue and we'll have it check.

Please perform the following troubleshooting and send me the screen shot of the test result together with your account details (Username/Customer ID and service address).

To conduct a continuous ping, ensure that none of your other PCs are doing internet activity.
Open up the command prompt of one of your PCs.
Type the following in "ping <IP address> -n 1000" without the quotations.
ping -n 1000
ping -n 1000
ping -n 1000

Wait for the test to finish and for the PING STATISTICS, found at the end, to show up.
Save the screenshots.

We should have 3 ping test results.

To conduct a trace route,
Open up the command prompt of one of your PCs.
Type the following in "tracert" without the quotations.
EXAMPLE: tracert

Perform another trace route to your game server.

Save a screen shot of the traceroute results.

For speed tests, please run the speed tests at :
Please just get a screenshot after the test is complete.
Please don't forget to indicate the timestamps for these tests.
