Been with TPG for a very long time....Why the Drop Outs?

Been with TPG for a very long time and not realy had any major problems. 

But have noticed in the past two weeks that our internet drops out in the evenings alot it's rather annoying, sometimes requiring a reset.  Don't notice during the day as rarely online. 

Got any ideas as to why or what we should be looking at if it's equipment at fault?
