Best data plan for 2locations

We currently have a nbn 69.$mth plan at home but the office site is in an area where there is no nbn / (rollout maybe August 2018) so I use roaming & mphone data which is 2-3GB mth & exhausts quickly. The home plan is underused while mobile needs more data 3/4Gnetwork
While we pay for unlimited data ( which we can't use at office site for eg) would anyone be able to recommend what would be the most economical & reliable solution?
