Biling, switch from nbn to boardband

Hi, I have applied for my home 4G boardband from NBN on 19/5, I got changed of $64.99 on 15/5 which was for NBN. And next bill I got charged was $54.99 on 13/6. My boardband service was starting from 19/5, should I get refund for the differences?
