Billing issue

Hi TPG,

Had few calls in the past two weeks re my next billing date but haven’t heard back from either of the call agents who promised to call me back on certain dates. We were offered one month free but haven’t got it applied and still not sure if it will be? I just tried calling the billing team but couldn’t get through. Can you give me a callback on that and maybe potentially arrange a cancellation after this billing cycle please?

Let us help check the status of the promised call and chase it with the relevant team. Could you shoot us a PM with your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time
