Blinking and clicking FTCC

Hi there,

Our internet has been out and the FTCC component is blinking and clicking, flashing red.

We have checked the outage page and there is no registered outage in our area.

We have tried unplugging, replugging and trouble shooting as recommended and it has not worked.

Could you please help us to get this resolved?
