Does tpg block sites? im unable to access a site i use since the weekend. It says forbidden?

There are some website that TPG has been mandated by the Federal Court of Australia, and all internet service providers are ordered to comply.

No its nothing to do with those. its called worldiptv.ru. i was able to access on friday but over the weekend its stopped allowing access. there is nothing wrong with the site as ive logged in on another network

I have confirmed with my TPG connection that I can access that site. I don't believe this site is blocked by TPG.
