Brisbane southside internet still down

Friday and I am working from home (software dev). NBN broadband down since 10am and still down 6pm. Have to hotspot all day, it's no joke as only 4G here.
Ok b-grade NBN is Malcolm's fault but TPG have been very poor at responding or providing updates. Any recs for a provider who does service better? Home internet is part of my livelihood and I don't like being fobbed off.

You might want to try Aussie Broadband they’re top-notch for customer support and reliability. Superloop is also solid for both speed and service. iiNet can be hit or miss but worth considering, and Telstra is pricey but has a strong network.
