Get online support
Moved from DSL to broadband three days ago, now the internet drops out about every twenty minutes. I am on TPG plan 50, and when the broadband IS working I am seeing 35+ Meg, so the problem is not in the copper or my house cabling. The only device connected to the line is the TPG supplied modem.
Ticket has been raised, #xxxxxxx, no progress to date.
NOT HAPPY.
I should like this to be treated as a formal complaint.

We're sad to know that you're having issue with the service We're able to locate your account using your community details. We've seen that this issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and you have been in contact with them earlier today and provided the current case progress.
We can see that the service is now connected for 2h 39m and currently under monitoring. Further updates will be provided by one of our Engineers when update is available.
