Byo internet service unavailable

I haven't had a good internet connection in over 6 months now. I'm paying my monthly bill, but my modem and internet won't connect. I followed all instructions from your community with a D-link Ac1750 model with byo service, but no internet. Occasionally, only the Internet was available in the building, and I have never received your service properly.
