I have tried for WEEKS to cancel my internet subscription - and like many other customers I have spent hours on the phone and not been able to speak to anyone. I have been on hold for hours and then my phone call has been disconnected. The cancellation process can only be done by phone and not online. I would like this cancellation done immediately. If I do not receive a reply, I will have no alternative but to escalate this matter.
