Since you have no online mechanism!!!! And I have to sit on a computer to "chat" with you. It's been 3 hours. This is your lack of service issue. What a frustrating company you are to not allow folks to cancel their account online, but you;ll happily take their money for a change of plan and upgrade. It's disgusting.
ACCC law requires the provision of the ability to cancel/unsubscribe from services at any time when outside contract.
