Immediately cancel my TPG NBN account. FROM TODAY!!  07/04/2020.   Since you have no online mechanism!!!! And I have to sit on a computer to "chat" with you. It's been 3 hours. This is your lack of service issue. What a frustrating company you are to not allow folks to cancel their account online, but you;ll happily take their money for a change of plan and upgrade.
